Booking and Payment Terms

Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from service providers. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Kerkyras Agency and full payment has been processed.

Payment

Payment terms vary depending on the type of service:

• Custom tours: 50% deposit required upon booking, balance due 30 days before departure
• Flight bookings: Full payment required at time of booking
• Hotel reservations: Payment terms vary by property and booking conditions
• Group travel: Specific payment schedules will be outlined in your group agreement

Pricing

All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and may vary based on availability, seasonal demand, and supplier pricing. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Client

Cancellation terms vary depending on the type of service and timing:

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus $100 administrative fee
• 31-60 days before departure: 75% refund of paid amount
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund of paid amount
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund available

Some bookings may have different cancellation terms imposed by service providers. We will inform you of specific cancellation conditions at the time of booking.

Cancellation by Kerkyras Agency

We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to circumstances beyond our control, insufficient enrollment, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative arrangements.

Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents including:

• Valid passport with appropriate validity period
• Required visas for all destinations
• Health certificates and vaccinations as required
• Travel insurance coverage

Kerkyras Agency is not responsible for any issues arising from invalid or missing travel documents.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance is mandatory for certain destinations and tour packages.

Liability and Limitations

Service Provider Responsibility

Kerkyras Agency acts as an agent for various travel service providers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or services provided by airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We are not liable for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
• Hotel overbooking or service quality issues
• Natural disasters or force majeure events
• Personal injury, illness, or death during travel
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Changes in government regulations or travel restrictions

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Travel Advisories and Safety

We monitor government travel advisories and will inform you of any significant safety concerns. However, you are responsible for checking current travel advisories and making informed decisions about your travel destinations.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaints about our services, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve issues promptly and fairly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be subject to binding arbitration under the laws of the jurisdiction where Kerkyras Agency is registered.
